Clerk'r runs the firm's work from first request to delivery. When work is handed from one colleague to another, it understands the task, gathers the context and starts the work before anyone opens an AI chat.

02 · ProblemThe problem
Every handover is a thread of questions, files and prompts passed from one lawyer to the next.
Mette
Victoria, can you take over the Nordhavn handover? I'm out from tomorrow.
Victoria
Sure. Which matter? Nordhavn has three open.
Victoria
Can you send me the previous DD?
Victoria
And where did we put the playbook?
Mette
Sending you the prompt I used. Deadline is Thursday I think, check the email from the client.

The lawyer is still the workflow engine.
03 · SolutionThe solution
Clerk'r sits where your team already delegates work. The moment a task changes hands, it finds the matter, gathers the context and starts the first draft.
Mette

Got it. I've taken the Nordhavn handover.
Victoria, I'll ping you when it's ready.

Our path
1 · TODAY
Handoffs
Small and mid-sized firms still work by copy-paste. Clerk'r picks up every handoff.

2 · THE MAP
Legal work graph
Every handoff maps the firm's matters, people and deadlines. Each firm's map stays its own.
3 · THE DRIVER
Orchestration
Clerk'r decides what's next and runs the workflow.
4 · THE ENDGAME
Human in the loop
Clerk'r prepares the work. Lawyers review, decide and sign off.
On 15 October 2026 Harvey and Microsoft both launched orchestration for legal. The category is proven. We build it for small firms, starting in Denmark.

06 · Product in actionA 2 minute story from a real workflow.
Work starts at delegation. Quality stays with the lawyer. Accountability is built in.
07 · CompetitionLegal work orchestration
On 15 October 2026 Harvey launched Legal Work Orchestration and Microsoft launched Copilot for Legal. Harvey and Legora built this for the top of the market: work starts inside their app and a knowledge team defines the process. Clerk'r builds it for the firms they sell to but don't build for: work starts where it arrives, and Clerk'r learns the process from the firm's own work. Research and drafting engines, theirs or ours, run inside it.
Where work arrives
Engines, theirs or ours
Harvey and Legora make the lawyer faster. Clerk'r runs the firm's work.
Why not just Claude or ChatGPT? No matter, no colleague, no deadline, no log. Clerk'r has all four.
Harvey Orchestration and Legora Intake run work that already lives in their app, with processes a knowledge team designs. Clerk'r picks work up where it arrives and learns the process from the firm's own work.
08 · Why we winCLERK'R 2.0 (THE FUTURE OF CLERK'R)
A lawyer describes the feature they're missing. Clerk'r builds it on the firm's own work and tools, even on top of Legora or Harvey, and runs it on every handoff after that.
Harvey and Legora sell every firm the same product.
Clerk'r becomes each firm's own in the future.
